Problem :

Despite offering high-quality services and authentic experiences, Yalham Spa’s branding did not reflect its true value. The previous identity felt generic and failed to communicate the richness of Moroccan heritage, leading to weak brand recognition and a perception limited mainly to hammam services rather than the full spa experience.

Solution :

The rebrand introduced a refined identity system built on Moroccan heritage and wellness storytelling. The logo, colors, typography, and patterns were crafted to evoke authenticity while maintaining a modern elegance. Clear brand guidelines were established to unify communications across digital and print.

The strategy emphasized the spa’s unique rituals, handcrafted products, and team-driven hospitality, ensuring that Yalham Spa is perceived not just as a hammam, but as a complete, immersive wellness experience.

Challenge :

One of the main challenges is achieving a seamless blend between the spiral’s organic curves and the digital medium’s precision. The artwork must avoid appearing too mechanical or artificial, instead highlighting the natural, fluid qualities of the spiral.

Another challenge is ensuring the coral color remains vivid and harmonious with the background gradient, avoiding any visual clash or loss of contrast. Maintaining visual interest without overcrowding the composition is also essential.

Summary :

The Yalham Spa project demonstrates how a culturally grounded and strategically designed identity can transform a local business into a premium brand.
